Not to disagree, but until I could accurately hit those, finger tapping is ideal. Also, if you don't need to worry about strumming, you can whammy the one energy phrase in between YRGRYRGR and the BYRYBYRY section, and get a whole activation out of it. I finger tap the notes, and just run the whammy through the whole thing.
I think this is 1 of the few songs I could probably do better on if I had the Fender controller to use for finger tapping the solos maybe...but still not bad for like my 3rd time playing the song on an Xplorer controller I say.
As an old time GH player, I don't think GGAHT can be easily done with tapping.. in fact, that tapping seems like learning a whole new guitar. The frets are freakin' tiny.
