So many good games...so little time to play them all!

As the first snow fell here in Iowa last week, I'm starting to think about the Christmas vacation time that is drawing near and wondering if I might be able to sneak in some additional game play during the holiday season.

With numerous new Xbox 360 games being released lately, I'm going to have to force myself to choose 1-2 and work my way through one. I'm a pretty religious online gamer, so working through a 1 player game will take some commitment, but if I choose the right game to commit to, I think the holiday season may give me a chance to achieve my goal. I'm already planning to pick up CoD5, but what should this wild card of a game be?

Alas, my question is...What game should I pick up and why would it be better than the others I've considered as options?!

Any advise out there? Maybe I'll put a forum poll together and if enough people vote, I'll play what the GoG community wants me to Very Happy

Of all of those, I'd say stay clear of Fallout 3. It requires a pretty big time investment, and has no multiplayer. It's still a really good game, but it just seems like any of the others will give you more replay value.

My personal opinion would be to get Left 4 Dead. I haven't read to much about it, but A) zombies are awesome, and B) defending yourself against swarms of them is even more awesome.
