Feelin' MLG Anaheim 09

It's never as good good as being at the live event, but with some updates around here and a few additional conversations with folks at MLG Anaheim right now, it's been fun to feel a little closer to the action!
As you've seen already, people watching online and people from Team Foxy and Gamer Beauties who are participating at the event; are doing a great job of keeping this unique video game community up to speed. Along with some photos that I connected on Facebook and around here, I had a neat conversation with Kyle, better known as Elamite Warrior from Str8 Rippin' tonight.
They are in the Winner's Bracket Finals it sounds like, as they beat a surprise Dynasty team. Here's my short text conversation with Elamite Warrior, after I had send a note about wishing I was in Cali for the big event. One thing to keep in mind as you read, is that I was enjoying the MMA fights on CBS tonight
Elamite Warrior: Pretty good, just beat dynasty
BEN: Ah, nice man! Wishing I was there, for sure.
We're watching this Fedor guy get the knockout just now, and I'm looking forward to Cali highlights!
BEN: That Fedor knockout was huge btw. I know you're thick in it, but it was on CBS and quite a fight if you like MMA. Have a great evening man and keep me posted!
Elamite Warrior: Yeah, I'm going to hop online tonight and check that out
BEN: Each fight was interesting and intense, as I'm sure Anaheim was too! What's the team record so far? How you feelin' for tomorrow? WIN IT
Elamite Warrior: Umm we are in winners finals, feeling good
Watch out Championship Sunday, I like Str8 to win MLG Anaheim
Along with that, I was also getting photos from the Status Quo camp and the great times (with big wins) from Gamer Beauties and Team Foxy! I know I'm not having as much fun as the folks in Cali, but thanks to everyone who has brought the GoG there anyways
