Everyone remembers when the Nintendo Wii hit family rooms around the world. People of all ages were bowling it up and Nintendo really rode the wave for years.
Microsoft has really outdone them with the Kinect
This technology has been out awhile now, but we just brought one into our house and recently had our three younger nieces and nephew over. Everyone was having a great time. Kinect Adventures and Dance Central are party favorites and like the Wii did before, it really brings all ages together.
Another interesting fact about Kinect, is for those who might have issues with gaming on a normal controller, Kinect really offers a fun experience for these folks too. Microsoft wanted in on the "casual gaming experience" and I think it's clear they've achieved their goal.
In short, Kinect on the Xbox 360 is a great family experience and if you have kids, you may have found the next best thing in family fun...or the best babysitter in the world, lol...

Posted On May 04 2012I've never played a kinect but i heard they're BA. I Really Don't Want Halo 4, Borderlands 2, or any of the new popular shooter games to touch the kinect but microsoft should make a portable device to compete with the psp's and DS's, they could make a killing
