1. What Do To When...

   This is a little more specific game strategy than my last, more broad Chronicle. Halo 3 has been sitting in my Xbox 360 alot lately, because of all the MLG connections, alot of the new GoG members are playing H3 quite a bit, and it's a great networking game to bring new GoG members to join us, so I thought I'd write a little something for those tough spots while you're rocking out with Halo 3 online
   
   What To Do When...
   
   ...you're near dead opponent drops a bubble shield.
   You can go in and get him a butt to the face or maybe stick him with a grenade, but the funnest is to drop your special item right in there to match. I'm talking about a Grav Lift, haha. If you throw that bad boy in the bubble, it will go flying and your almost dead opponent will be standing in there with his/her pants down
   
   ...the opponent with a sword is looking you in the face.
   Halo 3's Covenant Sword has a shorter range than Halo 2, so the opponent has to get even closer to ice you this time. This means that you can take him out from a distance, but say you don't have that luxury...you'll want to jump backwards and at the same time throw a grenade into the ground. Hopefully your opponent will enjoy the blast and while you're in the air, just land one solid shot and finish him/her off!
   
   ...an opponent is dominating the match with the Laser.
   I've heard the Needler is good to match up with the Laser, but I would say if you have a sniper rifle, you're way better off. Now obviously that's not a luxury we can all afford, so worse case scenario, listen to the sound of the weapon and right before it shoots, take cover. I would say jump, but in my opinion, something jumping is more like suspending yourself in the air as an easy target!?
   
   ...The ghost is running around the map getting too many kills.
   Stick that bad boy with one stick grenade or find a trusty Laser to end his streak. Another Ghost or other vehicle to match his fire power is always a decent idea as well! It's pretty hard to snipe the driver off the vehicle, but if you can do it, you will be praised!
   
   ...you want to win at Construct.
   Control the top halls. Take the Flamethrow up with you and have that player watch the gold lift while the rest of the team enjoys plenty of Battle Rifle, sword, and sniper kills. Many say it's worth camping, just to regain control of the upper hallway levels, so don't be afraid to be stubborn
