    I've just made an astonishing discovery. Through hours upon hours of investigative research, I've come to the conclusion that I'm a moron. Picture proof for the co-op league is required, and the pic can only be of the newspaper screen. Sooooo, we have to play Take This Life again. (sorry X infinity = infinite sorry)

    Had to change the band name. Since Zach is making a public clan of this, he didn't really want "Sex Factory" to be the name, which is understandable. We are tentatively named "The GoG Experience" now.

    lol our band name makes perfect sense when compared to our co-op name. As a full band, we are Sex Factory. Two people would obviously not make up the whole factory to make the sex, but would be components of the factory to make the sex. What makes the sex? Sex Machines. That is freaking awesome.

    That's true, but we could just play on weekends for a few hours if possible. If it's really necessary, I can take a nap after work and stay up later to play. Should I sign us up for the GH3 co-op league then?

    Scorehero leagues are going to be starting sometime soon. Would you be interested in doing the GH3 co-op league with me?

    Also, I'd like to try doing the RB2 full band league, and am going to try to get RyuBlitz on drums, and Jackdaniels on vocals. Would you be willing to alternate with me on guitar/bass? We could always change up instruments too. Just let me know soon.

    On a side note, check out my youtube account for some of the music in FFXI. I favorited a few of the songs found in the game, I know you a stickler for good music and the game's music is EPIC. The following link is a performance written by Nobuo Uematsu, a Japanese composer, who has been with FF since the early SNES.

    I don't know if you like MMOs but if you're interested I could show you what FFXI is like. The game truly tests one's limits in the ability to work with others. You won't always need to rely on others but the more coveted gear takes a great amount of dedication and time to serve within a group.

    I just remembered something that happened the other day:

    You remember when we were playing and you found the Rod of Onan? (The unique war staff I had never seen before) Well, I was just running around killing stuff by myself in another game, and found another one. I thought that was pretty cool...but later on in the same game I found ANOTHER one. o_O I knew that it was possible for a unique to appear more than once in the same game, but that is the first time it's ever happened to me.

    Yeah, this didn't really have any real importance, I just thought it was kind of cool. Hit me up in GoG chat or give me a call when you want to play some more.

    Alright, whenever you get all that crap taken care of, hop on kill stuff with me! I had one of those AVGN moments. I got killed and restarted in town. When I tried to go back down to the level with all my stuff, the game froze. I lost all my stuff, and nearly snapped the disc in half. There were many swears, as I lost my damn Wizardspike ( A VERY nice dagger for a Sorcerer). sigh...

    You up for a little Diablo 1 action tonight? I'm going to start playing when I get home, and will try to find you some good starting equipment. Just give me a call if you want to play, or look for the "noobs" game with the "noob" password. If that's taken, the second choice will be "lol" password "wut". If THAT is taken, which it should never be, I'll go with "gh" and "hopo". Wink I don't think we have to be in the same channel, just on the same server, which the default one should be US East.

    Well, it turns out the tapping method I had been using (L1,2 R1,2,3) IS the best method for me. After turning on hyperspeed, which I usually don't play with, I realized I was A) tapping way too fast, and B) leaving my right ring finger on orange too long. After about 15 minutes of getting the pattern down again, I FC'ed the intro. Very Happy However, that was the only time I was able to do it. I can get through it dropping combo maybe 2 or 3 times, but I nearly always get both SP's. So yeah, I'm getting an extra 60k points by the end of post insanity. I really need to practice the song though - I'm way out of it. I got to experience the frustration of failing at 99% last night, too. I dunno what the hell happened.

    I decided that I'm sick of having that TTFAF 4 star, and I'm going to devote the next few days to getting the tapping down, and subsequently 5 starring it. After getting that one part down in Blackened, I realized that I can probably use one finger to hit the Yellow, Blue and Orange notes. I may even try to do the whole intro that way. I don't know how well It'll work, but my current technique is definitely not the best for me. With any luck, I'll have the 5 star by Sunday. Then I'll never have to play that song again! Very Happy

    No, I didn't quite edit the songs.dtb file right. It's pretty easy to tell what songs are what though. If I get motivated, I'll go back and correct it and make another disc.

    Well, I think I have to admit defeat by the Enter Sandman solo. I just can't hit the part where it goes YBY then jumps to the OBYRG scale. I can consistently get about 97% on it now, though.

    Plus, if we go down the 21st, we could get in a bunch of practice and work on paths. Our opponents could watch their chances for winning slip away as we destroy the game, and that's pretty awesome too. Ninja You guys can figure something out between yourselves, but I'm pretty sure I'm going down there on the 21st now.

    It depends on whether or not we could get a price discount since we wouldn't be getting pizza or anything if we went on the 22nd. If we still have to pay the full $25, I'm probably heading up there on the 21st. (To get the most out of my cash) Also, they moved the location. It's in Tiffin now, at some building near the High School.

    Yep, that's it. Such an awesome song, like most Megadeth songs. Why they haven't added more of their stuff (especially for Rock Band) is beyond me.

    Also, if you and Greg decide to drive down to Magfest, I'd be up for sharing expenses if you wouldn't mind me tagging along.

    For what it's worth, I'm actually a Cy-Hawk. I may currently go to ISU, but I grew up two blocks from Kinnick Stadium. I'm almost perfectly 50-50 between the two.
