MLG- Getting started

I would love to get started in Game Battles or some type of professional gaming. I just don't know how. I made a free agent account but so far no-one is interested because I have no experience. If anyone else is big into the mlg please tell me about your humble beginning.

I have been with a team since 05. I have started playing halo since 01. I played for 1118 with Killer N, 8 Ball, and Xtremist at the MLG New Orleans qualifier for open by for the rest of the season, took 13th. Now I play on Team Essentials with killa, myself, and legend. were looking for a fourth and our trying for foulacy right now.
I started a while ago in 05, nothing better than 27th at orlando last year, but still pro brackets!
final boss now officially sucks! they were eliminated from the tournie in the fourth round, giving them something like 20th. idk wat else u want to know. good luck. -
