    Conceived in January of 2008 after a revolt of my fellow gamers at Digital Press, GameGavel.com is the product of a lot of hard work, determination, and community inputs!

    Opened Feb 24, 2008 officially, GameGavel.com was the first Video Game Only Auction Site that opened its doors this year. More have since followed, but are constantly playing catch up with features that GameGavel already offers!

    I opened GameGavel to be a true alternative to the monster that is eBay. By sharing the same features and even more than eBay, it is the only true alternative out there if you like what eBay's technology offers but hate the prices they charge.

    GameGavel is proud to be a FREE auction site. There are NO insertion fees, NO final value fees, and the upgrade fees (like featured auctions) are so low you can't afford to not use them! I keep the site free simply by using non-obtrusive Google Powered Image Only Ads on the front page. That's it!

    Besides the technological advantage of GameGavel, the community aspect is unparalleled! Feedback system allows you to link other sites feedback to your profile at GameGavel. Even new users have established themselves as trustworthy sellers!
