  1. JackDaniels624 Famous Gamers!!!

Player Chronicle -- Posted on May 27 2009

No this isn't about people who are so good at games, that they became famous...It's about celebrities who are gamers! I'll start off with an obvious one...Vin Diesel.

Vin Diesel has appeared in a few games, such as The Chronicles of Riddick and Wheelman. I also read in a magazine that he also likes Dynasty Warriors, which I do as well, although since most people find it to repeditive I was caught off guard to hear this. Apparently he also played a lot of dungeons and dragons and tattooed "Melkor" on his belly, which was one of his D & D Characters!

Next is James Bond himself, Daniel Craig. Although his girlfriend doesn't approve, he admits that he loves to have some time alone so he can game! He also said he wasn't fond of the idea of appearing in a James Bond game telling the developers that they had to make it good, because there's so much rubbish out there! I like this guy Laughing .

And finally, how could I not mention my personal favorite, John Petrucci, winner of the 2007 "Guitarist of the year"!!! Everyone knew that already though of course...and they also know that he plays guitar in Dream Theater, Liquid Tension Experiment, his own solo projects, has toured with Vai and Satriani, was the drummer in Nightmare Cinema (relates to DT)...but enough of his amazingness and onto his gaming. Petrucci is an avid Sega Saturn gamer and never tours without one! Not only that, but he also wrote and recorded 2 amazing tracks for Digital Pinball: Necronomicon for the Sega Saturn! They're called "Prologue" and "Epilogue" and I highly encourage everyone to check out the awesomeness!

Yeah I suppose I did forget (in other words didnt know) about Mila and Macualy or whatever. Chappel did slip my mind. John's the complete motivation behind this chronicle though. Plus Dream Theater also showed "Super Majesty Bros." on one of their tours. So they all might like Nintendo.

That would be a cool, exclusive area of this community...if we could get famous folks talking about and connecting with each other to play video games!

I think anyone famous that's IN a video game, probably likes to play them too...I mean look at all the NBA and NFl players who obviously play with their own team and rake up their own stats, lol.
