Yup! MEEEE!!! I honestly couldn't sleep this morning knowing that I'd have to wait until Tuesday before I could hear this, but then I woke up and BAM! It was right on the counter waiting for me!
The rush I felt as I tore the box open to find my black velvet masterpiece waiting inside. Desperately hoping for a Silver Ticket (you get to hang out with the band backstage at one of their concerts) or a lithogram of the cd artwork. There were only a hundred of both, so I really didn't expect to get either, and of course I didn't
...Really I just wanted the lithogram, but it's fine I still have the producer tracks, and 6 covers songs, along with the pure beauty of the new album! And a day ahead of time so that only makes it better!
As for the last cover song, I respect Dream Theater too much to spoil what it is, but I will give a hint. This band recently had DLC on Rock Band, and while not one of their major hits, it is still completely EPIC! I shall reveal what it is after work tonight!
ALRIGHT I'M FINALLY HOME! And here's the big moment!!! It's a cover of IRON MAIDEN! The song is To Tame A Land, which is about the book Dune! Awesome song, but I actually prefer Dream Theater's version
