this was taken from an article i read on game informers website-
Microsoft recently said that it would be giving Xbox Live users a free Arcade download as an apology for recent problems with the service. Today, the company announced on the Gamerscore Blog that the free game is the recently released underwater shooter, Undertow. The game usually sells for 800 Microsoft Points—about $10. All Xbox Live users—Gold and Silver—will be able to download the full version Undertow at no cost starting next Wednesday at 2:00 a.m. PST through that Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PST. Major Nelson announced on his blog that users who already purchased the game should contact Xbox Live support, and they'll be "taken care of."
