Hello all-
I've reached 80 chronicles now, and i thought i might write todays chronicle on Mario Kart for the wii.
We got paid last friday and instantly went down to the gamestop to get none other then mario kart! We had high hopes, but were let down when we heard they were all sold out!!
Our hearts dropped, but we wern't giving up. We ventured over to best buy in high spirits, just to find out they sold out as well!!!
We were deeply sadned but didn't stop our quest. We deicided to try one last place... a place that we have known deep in our hearts to be true to us... Target.
We rushed through the entrance, down through clothes, and turned the corner into electronics and behold! Mario kart for the wii!!
We bought the game and went home to instantly play.
Now so far I LOVE this game. The game can be played with all of the wii controllers, and gamecube controllers, but i personally enjoy playing with the wheel. The wii wheel gives the game an awesome feel, ( although i found myself ever so often holding the d pad trying to move instead of turning the wheel. lol) and i love how they used the stages from all the other mario kart games.
so far ive been using baby peach because she is cute as all heck, and just unlocked diddy kong and king boo... and ive yet to be dissapointed.
I have to applaud nintendo for brining this game to the wii, because not only have they brought a great game to a great console, but they have brought back fun without violence into the gaming world.
Mario kart has always been a fav. game, no matter what the game has been on, and the wii version is no exception. I can literally sit there for hours " driving" and "racing" in my room and not even notice my arms getting tired because this game is so fun!
so yes i give this a 10 out of 10!
