  1. dwigg Carolina Game Summit - Road Trip

Player Chronicle -- Posted on Feb 09 2010

The day started at 4 am. Everyone was ready to go, ready to play some games. As we drove we talked about gaming and any other subject that came to mind. As we turned off I-95 on to 70 the excitement was in the air!

Then we were there, at the Carolina Game Summit.

Our check in wasn't that bad because we signed up and payed on there website. As I was handed my badge, the first thing I saw was the GOG logo. I looked at my members and said, this is a sign that this is going to be a good day!

So it was, we played in a Gears tournament, and got our butt kicked. We listened to panelist from EA and Ubisoft . We rocked out to bands such as Rare Candy. All in all it was a good convention and a good day. We will be attending next year, and we maybe looking into setting up a booth. So I hope to see some other GoG members there next year too!

Great highlights and I thought it was neat that the GoG connection made you excited right at the beginning of the 2010 CGS. We've enjoyed working with that organization and I'm glad you enjoyed it!
