Gamestop Hates iowa?

Alright maybe thats not true. But in my fit of anger it sure seems that way. Gamestop is holding a SF4 tournament shortly after the game comes out, and it will be at hundreds of stores across the country. But from what i see the closest they have to a tournament in iowa is a street in MS. So if there are any of you 2d fighter people out here in iowa, or the midwest for that matter. Rabble in the streets. Im sure if we make enough noise we can pretend like we're making a diffrence.

Posted On Feb 02 2009If it's only in hundreds of gamestops around the world, that's not a very big percentage of gamestops. Gamestop has at least around 4000 stores nationwide, so it makes sense that Iowa would be left out on the map of large cities with the best turnouts.
It's an unfortunate truth for us all here in Iowa, but that's what we get for living in good 'ol rural Iowa.
I do know however, if you're looking for an event at a Gamestop, the one on North Elmore street next to the Wal Mart is doing an RE 5 party. Just come pre-order a copy to make sure you've got one waiting for you.
