Street Fighter. where did it go?

There used to be a time, (roughly 15 or so years ago) Where you could find a street fighter tounrament easy as finding a halo or guitar hero tournament, And its a shame that even though it still has a large fan base, Finding a tournament in iowa is near impossible. BUT if you through some miracle know of one, or would like to talk with me about somehow putting one together. Please do not hesitate to let me know.
