Player Chronicle -- Posted on Apr 03 2008

Blizzard is as always, showing off their sense of humor. And they succeded. On april first they had several very brilliant pranks to pull on us adoring fans. The first was the announcment of a WoW: Molten Core video game for consoles. This game would come in cartridge form and show the next gen of 6-bit graphics! The next was a new class for WoW called the bard... and as practical as this could sound it turned out to be a major guitar hero spoof, which involves you having to pick up your keyboard as a guitar. and rock out, the better you rock, the better your results. The next was a novelty kids item... the Diablo Pinata, Which instead of packing candy packed lifelike replicas of famous diablo weapons and artifacts. The last prank come in the form of Starcraft 2 and the 'tauren marine' if your not familar with WoW but are with starcraft let me explain, tauren are a playable race in WoW which are essentialy half-man half-cow. like a minator (or how ever its spelled) and this prank come with pictures, animations, and a video of a small group leveling a terran base at break neck speed, if you would like to see these for yourselfs let me know and ill link you the regular sites, i just felt like putting it all in chronicle form.

Wow, you wouldn't think those developers would have enough spare time for so many pranks, but I suppose they need to have fun too Very Happy
